That same day, 33 inhabitants of the island, including Niki, disappeared at sea without leaving any trace. It’s a terrible day for the island. The inhabitants are losing ground. Little by little, climatic disturbances invade the island in an increasingly violent crescendo. They are placed under the care of a new brigade responsible for their protection. The island is under quarantine. In the midst of this chaos, Amédée does not resign herself to the disappearance of her twin sister. She feels that she is alive. She will have only one obsession then: to find her and save the island from this curse.
