Gae Aulenti was born on December 4, 1927 in Palazzolo dello Stella, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy as Gaetana Aulenti. She was a production designer and costume designer, known for Il viaggio a Reims, ossia L'Albergo del Gigilio d'oro (1984), Il viaggio a Reims (1988) and Ricciardo e Zoraide (1990). She died on October 31, 2012 in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
早年经历Well known for several large-scale museum projects, including Musée d'Orsay in Paris (1980-86), the Contemporary Art Gallery at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Palazzo Grassi in Venice (1985-86), and the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco (2000-2003).
