Ramona Jeannette Higgins was born in 1984 in Savannah, Georgia. The youngest of four children, Ramona found an early interest in television and gained her start as editing manager for her radio and television production class in eighth grade. She furthered her interest in broadcast television while attending the Savannah Arts Academy. Upon graduation, Ramona enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design with a focus on editing. During her enrollment, she met Annette Hayward-Carter who introduced to her the world of script supervising. Shortly after graduating in June of 2006, she had the opportunity to put her training in action as script supervisor for the independent film "Baby Blues", and in 2008 was the Script Supervisor for Light Bourne Production in conjunction with Smithfield Foods for their commercial staring Paula Dean. Ramona is now the Senior Director at WJCL ABC22/WTGS FOX28 in Savannah, GA.
